Bennett Edgerly, Ph.D., LPC

Dr. Edgerly has been in practice almost 15 years. He has worked in a variety of settings from correctional, outpatient, community settings, and in hospitals, working primarily with adolescent populations suffering from a variety of challenges including substance use disorders, oppositional behavior, and impulse control issues. Dr. Edgerly completed his predoctoral work in health psychology and postdoctoral training in clinical psychology in Arizona. Dr. Edgerly taught in the university setting and has enjoyed supervising developing clinicians and he has been trained in a variety of evidence-based counseling modalities but primarily emphasizes mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy. In his spare time he loves spending time with his family going outside to play in the abundant wilderness opportunities of Colorado and practicing martial arts or working out. He is an avid Denver Nuggets fan and he is working on developing his gardening skills.
